| Your challenges?
Reporting to the HR & Office management team lead, you are responsible for human resources, invoicing, administrative, office management and event related tasks
You are the first point of contact for our employees in the field of HRM. You are responsible for correctly administering and monitoring all activities surrounding the inflow, progression and outflow of employees. This includes, for example, drawing up employment contracts and facilitating training for our employees.
In the financial field, you ensure timely and correct implementation of invoicing, accounts receivable management and payroll processing. In addition, processing incoming invoices and processing and checking declarations is also your responsibility.
Administrative and commercial support
Providing the periodic newsletter for our employees is your responsibility. But not only that. You play an important role in the organization of various events for the branch, such as Q-meetings and impact sessions. This also includes general administrative support.
| What do we expect from you?
You have at least a bachelors degree or relevant experience in HR or administration (mature young graduates also very welcome)
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
You are comfortable to work with MS Office Pack;
You are polyvalent, rigorous, can work autonomously and have a very good human contact;
Proactive, you have a sense of priorities and have a great sense of initiative to meet your targets;
