As a Customer Manager, you join our Services & Support team for Belgium and play a key role in customer success.
You are much more than an implementer:
you are a trusted partner, helping customers structure their reporting, adopt the solution successfully and continuously improve how they manage their business.
You combine finance expertise, analytical thinking and customer orientation in a role with real impact on both customer satisfaction and company growth.
You guide customers through the implementation and evolution of EMAsphere, helping them get the most value from the platform.
You work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success.
Implement & optimize EMAsphere
- Analyse the customer’s current situation and understand their business needs.
- Configure and implement EMAsphere in a way that truly supports decision-making.
- Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvements based on customer context.
Train & support customers
- Train customers to become real EMAsphere champions.
- Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Provide functional support when needed and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Support Sales & partners
- Support the Sales team and partners during the sales process (product positioning, key benefits, demos).
- Help prospects understand how EMAsphere can bring value to their organisation.
Contribute to product evolution
- Share customer feedback and field experience with the Product & Development teams.
- Actively contribute to product improvements and new ideas based on real customer needs.
