Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions, working on-site at a client project. This consultancy mission will involve the development of a modular online agricultural management accounting tool, known as SACHA (Harmonized Accounting Analysis System in Agriculture). The consultant will be responsible for various tasks, including the implementation of a comprehensive management system that integrates data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop a unique, complete, and modular journal capable of managing charges, products, allocations, movements IN/OUT, stocks IS/IE, advances to crops, and multi-annual data.

Implement a central stock management system (SCGS) that tracks all movements and supports specific requirements for fertilizers, seeds, pest control products, crops, and livestock.

Create thematic web pages and modules for data import and export to various systems.

Manage advanced roles and access, ensuring user action traceability and document archiving.

Work within a secure environment compliant with SPW Digital and GDPR regulations.

Collaborate effectively with an agile team, demonstrating autonomy and a results-oriented approach.
Project Objectives:

Provide farmers with insights into the profitability of their activities and meet legal obligations for accessing CAP-related aids.

Fulfill European obligations related to the RIDEA regulation (EU Regulation 1217/2009).
-
Serve as a vital data source for DPEAI (SPW ARNE) in preparing strategic CAP plans.

Estimate losses caused by various calamities and provide data for multiple analyses of the Walloon agricultural sector.

Support academic research with essential data.
