Purchasing :
– Organize and track purchases using Odoo software.
– Identify, select and negotiate with suppliers (prices, lead times, general conditions).
– Draft invitations to tender and analyze responses.
– Monitor contract performance (quality, deadlines, deliveries, payments) in liaison with internal departments and suppliers.
– Monitor the supply schedule for manufacturing materials.
– Supervise the organization and management of Odoo inventories.
– Participate in the organization and execution of the annual inventory.
General administration:
– Receive, distribute and send mail.
– Manage stocks of office supplies (paper, ink cartridges, coffee, various consumables).
– Place orders for administrative supplies and manage restocking.
– Participate in the general administrative running of the office (archiving, filing, ad hoc assistance to teams).
– Rigor, method and autonomy.
– Organizational and planning skills.
– Reactivity, flexibility and good management of priorities.
– Team spirit and communication skills.
– Negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office); knowledge of Odoo software is a plus.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher, experience in purchasing or administration a plus.
Languages: French, English fluent, any other language is an advantage.
Workplace :Position based at our Nivelles headquarters; Avenue Thomas Edison 115, 1402 Nivelles.
Position in the organization:
Service: The Purchasing and Administration Assistant reports to the Nivelles Operation Manager. He/she also works closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and the Accounting Department.
