In this role, you work for the Lybover Group and support all Business Units (Air, Bulk, Recycling, Metal, Production, and Installation). You are responsible for both quality control and quality assurance.
- You integrate quality controls into various operational processes through clear Q‑gates, ensuring consistent quality monitoring.
- Building on existing QA processes, you further strengthen and anchor our quality systems.
- You manage NCR’s and CAPA’s: you analyze root causes and ensure proper follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
- You identify and analyze quality needs and initiate and execute improvement projects.
- You perform quality and QA inspections both externally at suppliers and internally in production and on project sites to guarantee and safeguard the quality of components and systems.
- In collaboration with the Head Of’s and the Group Managers of Service and Production, you embed lessons learned so that knowledge is structurally carried forward into future projects.
- You encourage and support all departments in structurally embedding quality in their operations and provide colleagues with the necessary training.
- The role offers growth opportunities to take on more responsibilities in quality assurance (QA) over time.
- You report directly to the CEO.
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering and have 10 years of experience in quality.
- You know how to register, analyze, and properly close CAPA’s and NCR’s in a structured way.
- With your pragmatic approach, you translate technical quality issues into clear, actionable measures that can be directly applied in engineering, production, and installation.
- You have knowledge of quality standards (PED, WPS, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma…) and related methodologies.
- You are hands‑on and perform precise quality inspections.
- With your problem‑solving mindset, you quickly recognize quality issues and address them effectively.
- You are a strong communicator who knows how to discuss matters constructively. Thanks to your convincing and approachable style, you inspire teams and create engagement.
- You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently. Can you also manage in German? That’s definitely a plus.
- Our project sites are mainly located in Western Europe, giving you the opportunity to travel occasionally.
