You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualisation come together. As a Senior BI Engineer – Power BI, you will design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, combining data engineering, ETL/ELT, data modelling and cloud data platform concepts with strong hands-on Power BI expertise. Power BI is the core visualisation and semantic modelling layer in this role.
You take a leading role in the delivery of end-to-end BI projects. You work across the full BI lifecycle: from understanding business needs and defining data requirements, to shaping ETL/ELT flows, designing robust data models and delivering performant Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models. You take ownership of the solutions you design, ensuring performance, governance, scalability and long-term maintainability.
This is not a pure dashboarding role, but strong hands-on Power BI experience is essential. Beyond building dashboards, you actively coach and support colleagues in applying best practices in data modelling, DAX, visualisation and deployment. You act as a point of reference within the team and contribute to the development of our internal methodology, reusable assets and standards.
You proactively collaborate with data engineers, architects and business stakeholders to create scalable, user-friendly and impactful BI solutions.
