We are looking for a proactive Junior Office & Finance Assistant to become the operational heartbeat of our Antwerp showroom and office. Working under the direct mentorship of our Operations Director, you will master the business, logistical, and financial side of the interior design world.
What You Will Do:
- Project & Order Support: Assist with creating quotes, processing orders, tracking international supplier deliveries, and helping coordinate client logistics.
- Financial Administration: Handle daily invoicing, process weekly supplier payments, and act as the main operational link to our external accounting firm (including supporting admin for our local and Dubai branches).
- Showroom & Office Care: Be the welcoming face of our showroom for visiting clients, manage office supplies, and ensure our inspiring workspace runs smoothly day-to-day.
Who You Are:
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You genuinely love structure, have a sharp eye for detail, and are comfortable working with numbers.
- Education/Background: You have a basic foundation in finance, business support, or office administration (via your studies, a bachelor’s degree, or a first internship/experience).
- Industry Passion: You have a genuine affinity for the interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
- Attitude: You thrive in a varied role, enjoy collaborating closely with a team, and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
