What's the role about?
As a Key Holder at Topologie, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Antwerp store. You will assist in leading the sales team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining daily operations, helping create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members.
What you'll be doing?
Leadership & Team Management
- Assist in motivating and developing a dynamic team of sales associates.
- Support the Store Manager in setting clear goals and providing feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
- Open and close the store, holding keys and alarm codes, and acting as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager's absence.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional service standards are met, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales & Performance
- Help drive sales and achieve store targets through effective support and operational excellence.
- Participate in analyzing sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Store Operations
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Help manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain store presentation to the highest standard, ensuring product displays are engaging and well organized.
What you'll ideally bring
- 2+ years of retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or keyholding responsibility.
- Background in retail with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
- Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
- Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Genuine interest in lifestyle and design, with an eye for store presentation.
- Quick thinker who can address problems effectively.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.
Languages
- Fluent Dutch and English required; French and other languages are a plus.
