Are you analytical, commercially minded and passionate about e-commerce? Do you enjoy turning data into actionable insights while also understanding how digital sales channels and commercial operations work in practice?
For an international player in the petrochemical automotive industry, we are looking for a E-commerce Operations Specialist who can combine strong analytical skills with hands-on e-commerce experience.
In this role, you will act as an analytical and operational hub supporting the growth of international automotive distribution networks, while also contributing to the further development of the company’s e-commerce activities.
Your role
As a E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will work at the intersection of data, commercial operations and e-commerce. You will analyse performance data, identify opportunities and translate your findings into concrete recommendations and actions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing sales, customer and e-commerce data and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Developing, maintaining and improving reports and dashboards to monitor commercial and e-commerce performance.
- Providing data-driven insights to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitoring commercial processes and performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Supporting the international sales organisation with data, analyses and operational insights.
- Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across different markets and sales channels.
- Contributing to the optimisation of commercial processes and workflows.
- Actively supporting the further development and growth of the company’s international e-commerce activities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, e-commerce and operations to turn data into tangible business impact.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines analytical strength with practical e-commerce experience. You don’t need to be a pure data analyst or a pure e-commerce specialist, what matters is that you understand how both worlds come together.
You have:
- A strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience in an e-commerce environment and a good understanding of digital sales channels.
- Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of sales processes and performance.
- A structured and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills (English) and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you don’t just identify opportunities, but also think along about how to turn them into improvements.
- Experience in an international or automotive environment is a plus, but not a must.
What you can expect
- A role with plenty of room for initiative, where you can contribute to the further development of commercial and e-commerce activities.
- A permanent contract from day one.
- The possibility to work hybrid after an extensive onboarding period (2 days/week) and flexible working hours.
- An organisation that strongly focuses on personal development, training and career growth opportunities.
- 39 hours/week: 20 standard vacation days + 6 ADV days + 3 additional vacation days.
Are you ready to combine your analytical skills with your e-commerce experience and help drive international growth? We would love to hear from you.
