Your role

You inspire, advise, and create strategies, creative work, and media plans to build meaningful connections between brands and their target audience.
You develop brand, communication, and channel strategies that seamlessly connect with broader business strategies.
You’ll analyse data and research, and you’ll translate valuable insights into strategic ideas and targeted briefings that strengthen creative outcomes.
You stay up to date with popular culture and trends to bring innovation into our strategic and creative work.
You ensure best practices in communication development and implementation, including tools to measure the impact of what we deliver.
You guide our junior strategists and interns.

What we’re looking for:

At least 5 years of experience as a strategic planner at a creative or leading agency
Strong knowledge of both above-the-line and below-the-line communication planning
Experience in conducting and analysing market research, and leading focus groups and workshops with clients
Critical, analytical, and creative skills
Strong presentation and writing skills
A lot of team spirit, but also the ability to work independently
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
