Junior Programme Manager Masters

Your mission
- Take responsibility for the organisation and coordination of our Masters in Marketing Strategy and Masters in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Ghent campus.
- Schedule classes and programme events, organising and attending international study tours and any off-campus activities.
- Prepare and follow-up of all programme courses, including attendance, grading, and assessment.
- Act as a single point of contact for both students and faculty. Ensure clear and professional communication with both parties.
- Monitor programme quality and taking action to improve the learning experience of our students.
- Provide support to and attending extracurricular events such as career and alumni activities, the opening of the academic year, graduation ceremony, etc.
- Work closely together with the programme director and programme management team.
You
- Have a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are a proficient user of standard software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Canvas or another Learning Management System is considered a plus.
- Are customer-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have an international mindset and understanding and respect for cultural diversity.

- Are a team player who can work autonomously. You have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Are flexible and willing to take part in occasional evening activities and join students on weeklong study tours abroad.
- Will be based on our Ghent campus, so living in or near Ghent is required. In periods when students are not on campus (mainly May-August), there is an opportunity to work partially from home.
