We're building Adomate around a simple idea: advertising teams shouldn't have to spend hours digging through data, competitor ads and creative references before they can make their next move.
Our platform uses AI workflows to turn those inputs into better ad creatives at scale. We're a small team in Ghent, so marketing here isn't separated into ten different departments. Things move quickly, and people tend to own projects rather than just a small piece of them. AAdomate+1
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us keep our marketing engine moving.
What you'll be doing
Some days you'll be working on content. Other days you'll be digging into competitor campaigns. You might help prepare a launch in the morning and spend the afternoon turning customer insights into something worth publishing.
Your work will include:
- Preparing and publishing LinkedIn and website content
- Supporting product launches, campaigns and marketing experiments
- Researching competitors, advertising trends and interesting creative work
- Helping create newsletters, customer stories, presentations and sales materials
- Maintaining our content calendar and keeping campaigns on track
- Collecting performance data and turning it into simple, useful insights
- Supporting paid social and acquisition initiatives
- Coordinating with our Growth Marketer, Performance Marketer and other team members
- Helping keep marketing assets, briefs and campaign information organised
- Taking ownership of smaller projects from idea to delivery
You won't be expected to know everything on day one.
What matters is that when you don't know something, you go figure it out.
You might be right for this if...
You've already had some exposure to marketing — perhaps through an agency, startup, SaaS company, e-commerce business or in-house team.
We're looking for someone with:
- Around 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills
- A good feel for social media and digital content
- Confidence using everyday marketing and productivity tools
- An organised approach to deadlines and multiple projects
- Enough curiosity to understand why a campaign works, not just whether it was completed
- An interest in AI, advertising, SaaS or digital products
Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.
