Your role & responsibilities
- You ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders
- You report problems, delays, etc... on time to our customers
- You work together with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- You actively look for opportunities to reduce or recover extra costs
- You work closely with colleagues and the various departments to achieve our goals
Work schedule
Alternating schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Profile
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- You have several years of experience within customer service and/or the logistics sector
- You speak and write fluently Dutch, English and have a solid knowledge of French
- You are communicatively strong and always aim for a win-win situation
- You are assertive and never miss opportunities
- You are a real teamplayer
