As a Security Expert, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in the field of cybersecurity. You’ll conduct in-depth security assessments, translate technical risks into business impact, and guide clients through their security roadmap. You’ll play a key role in the continued development of our Security Competence Center and support clients, sales, and technical teams with specialized expertise.

Independently perform analyses of the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security posture.

Evaluate conditional access, MFA, endpoint security, identity, and Active Directory.

Analyzing vulnerability exposure and Zero Trust maturity.

Assessing backup and recovery security, security logging, and monitoring.

Preparing risk analyses and maturity reports.
-
Determining priorities and remediation plans.
-
Presenting results to IT managers and senior management.
-
Developing security roadmaps.
-
Providing advice on governance, compliance, and architecture.
-
Detecting misconfigurations.
-
Identifying risks related to privilege escalation and lateral movement.
-
Performing exposure mapping.
-
Assessing attack vectors and security controls.
-
Provide advice on security architecture.
-
Supporting commercial opportunities.
-
Determining the scope of projects and managed services.
-
Translating audit results into security improvement initiatives.
-
Developing assessment methodologies and standards within On IT.
-
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in security consulting, cybersecurity advisory, security architecture, or security engineering.

Microsoft Security Stack and Identity & Access Management.
-
Zero Trust architecture and vulnerability management.
-
Security governance.
-
Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Microsoft Security Best Practices.

Preferably one or more of the following certifications: SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH.
