We are looking for a Change Manager
Start: ASAP
Location: Brussels
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and shape the change approach
- Define and drive a pragmatic change approach and plan aligned with the ELITE framework (ADKAR)
- Translate the initiative into a clear narrative (why, what, impact)
- Ensure change is proactive and embedded in delivery
2. Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment
- Identify and engage key stakeholders with a targeted approach
- Guide stakeholders toward people-centered ways of driving change
- Ensure alignment to avoid fragmentation and inconsistent adoption
- 3. Enable adoption and behavioral change
- Define the key behaviors required for success
- Drive actions that move stakeholders from awareness to real adoption
- Ensure enablement (training, coaching, support) is timely and relevant
- 4. Embed change into governance and delivery
- Integrate change into planning, cadence, and decision-making
- Provide visibility on adoption, readiness, and risks
- Ensure alignment with ELITE PMO and cross-initiative coherence
Your profile
- Proven experience in leading change within complex transformation environments (min. 5 years)
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable change approaches and actions tailored to stakeholders
- Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR), applied pragmatically
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the intuition to build trust and guide without resistance
- Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining engagement and ownership
- Clear and impactful communicator, able to craft compelling and understandable narratives
- Hands-on mindset: comfortable combining thinking and doing
- Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder, program-driven environments
- Able to navigate ambiguity and create clarity and direction
