Function description
The main accountabilities of the I.O. are :
Takes autonomous ownership on the initiative according to the Agile practices used at BNPPF.
Elaborates on the initiative :
Understands and clarify/formalize the scope of his initiative (purpose of the initiative, product expectations) while making sure the stakeholders needs are covered (customer needs, stakeholder needs, BNP group requirements, market trends..) . Simplify and optimize when possible, maintain overall coherence.
Define strategy and market vision of his initiative.
Elaborates on the value and determine initiative KPI’s.
Identifies and document the different Opuses required to deliver the initiative after consultation of all key stakeholders and contributors, prioritize them (backlog management) and proposes a validated delivery roadmap.
Collaborates with the different stakeholders and contributors
close collaboration with the CPO (Cluster Product Owner)
close and facilitating collaboration with all contributing teams/squads and facilitators (squads, architects, security architects, regulatory and risk instances, IT colleagues.. )
Manages and supports PO/OO during ideation and refinement of Opuses
Collaborates and aligns with BNP group instances and guidelines to bridge with the BNP group Opti-channel strategy.
Monitors and reports on the progress and delivery of the initiative roadmap (including risks, dependencies jeopardizing delivery), monitors the KPI’s , quality,..
Documents, and initiates budget requests (SAP) for her/his initiatives, monitors budget use.
Ensures transparent and persuasive communication with middle and senior management (C-level)
Monitor Reports on progress w.r.t. to delivery (status, risks and issues, progress..) and initiative KPI’s and generated value
Education
Master
Required Experience/Knowledge
10 years of professional experience, and 5+ years of relevant experience in managing programs and projects taking into account strategy, priorities, time, budget and dependency constraints while keeping business/customer interests central in the way solutions are conceived and put in production (change).
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Technical and functional understanding to be at ease in interactions with architects, developers, experts

Experience in program / project management
Solid analytical skills; ability to break-down complex issues into their key components; strong deductive reasoning; ability to draw conclusions from a combination of evidence and assumptions.
