As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the realization of new initiatives and solutions, working closely with a (Cluster) Product Owner or an Initiative Owner.
- Collaborate with Process Experts, Channel Managers, Product Owners/Specialists, UX Designers, and IT Architects.
- Estimate the potential value of initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and requirements.
- Support the (Cluster) Product Owner in defining Product Concepts and OKRs.
- Contribute to business case development and prioritize customer and user needs.
- Design and support solution delivery and value realization.
- Manage stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and review meetings.
- Support backlog clarification and refinement.
- Ensure respect of Feature scope during development.
