Are you a customer-focused sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering solutions? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base through proactive sales, excellent service, and strong commercial acumen.

Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Prepare quotations, provide pricing and product information, and manage enquiries efficiently.

Follow opportunities through to order fulfilment, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

Collaborate with Product Management, Field Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to deliver the best customer solutions.

Maintain accurate customer information in SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems.
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar commercial role.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French is a strong advantage.

Strong customer focus, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented with a commercial mindset.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as SAP, ERP systems, and Salesforce.
