Required experience / knowledge
At least 6 years of relevant experience
- knowledge of technical aspects of daily banking (banking environment typically combines mainframe and distributed applications)
Business experience
mandatory:
- Business expertise (products, processes, etc) in daily banking
- Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
- Experience as Business Analysist in a bank environment
Preferable:
- Experience in project management in a bank
- Experience with the agile methodology
- Trained in business analysis methods and tools
