E-Commerce Product Owner
As the E-Commerce Product Owner, you'll join our dynamic and enthusiastic e-commerce team of 6 professionals, playing a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our customers' online experience. You will be the business owner for our Salesforce e-commerce platform and other digital tools, and the key link between the E-Commerce (business) team and the web developers, ensuring that our digital channels are optimized for customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership:
- Lead a cross-functional product squad in an Agile (Scrum) environment, running ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the product vision and development roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.
- Continuously feed, assess and adjust backlog priorities based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI to design intuitive end-to-end user journeys and high-quality user experiences.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the entire customer journey across our digital channels focusing on delivering sales growth.
- Support QA and release readiness by validating scope, defining acceptance expectations, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs before launch.
- Define the test scenarios and execute them for all implementations prior to go-live.
- Act as the main point of contact between the E-Commerce team and the IT/web development team.
- Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with key internal stakeholders—including CRM, Customer Service, Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial, and IT—to ensure the e-commerce ecosystem supports the company vision and evolving customer needs.
- Process Improvement:
- Lead and steer project planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Have a deep understanding of LolaLiza technical backend, and logistical processes and flows, in order to troubleshoot when needed
- Work with internal and external partners to select the best tools, vendors, and solutions for our projects.
Who You Are:
- Experience & Skills:
- You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related role.
- A strong eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; you embrace change and focus on delivering concrete results.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or other similar platforms such as Shopify, Magento, etc.).
- Ability to navigate and optimize e-commerce back-end systems.
- You are quick to learn and comfortable working with multiple tools and technologies.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce, with a passion for improving the customer experience and growing online sales.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between business and technical teams
