As a Technical Data Support Consultant, you support and maintain our clients’ data platforms. You ensure environments run smoothly and you act as a reliable point of contact for customers.
This is a role for someone who wants to build technical expertise in data and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage data platforms (Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, Talend)
- Monitor environments and help resolve technical issues
- Manage basic administration (access, configurations, documentation)
- Work directly with customers and respond to their questions
- Collaborate with consultants and technical experts
Profile
- Interest in data, IT or cloud technologies
- Customer-oriented and comfortable in direct contact with clients
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented
- Eager to learn and develop technical skills
