As a Finance & Operations Intern, you will support both financial and operational processes within the team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across different aspects of the business.
RESPONSABILITIES
Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, supporting purchase orders, and tracking expenses
Support the Finance team in updating budget and forecast files
Help maintain a well-structured digital archive for all financial documentation
Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports
Ensure invoices, contracts, and related documents are accurately organized
Assist with administrative follow-up and communication regarding invoices
Production, Inventory & Sales Operations
Maintain digital records for supplier contracts, cost sheets, and production documentation
Support the tracking of production timelines and key milestones
Assist in monitoring inventory movements and stock levels
Contribute to basic data analysis to identify trends (e.g. best-selling products, potential stock risks)
Help prepare and distribute sales reports across various channels (e-commerce, wholesale, retail, events)
Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries from production and sales teams
MUST-HAVES
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (basic formulas and data organization; advanced skills are a plus)
You have a strong affinity with numbers and an interest in data analysis
You are detail-oriented and eager to learn
You have strong organizational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
You have a proactive mindset and an interest in understanding business processes
You have strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
You are hands-on, flexible, and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment
