At SEAMS, we are looking for a Business Analyst who wants to do more than standard analysis. You will help our clients in banking, insurance and financial services turn complex business needs into clear, workable solutions, from the first analysis right through to delivery.
You will join our internal team and work on strategic projects that make a real difference for clients across the financial sector. The role is dynamic and varied, and no two weeks look quite the same.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
- Map and improve business processes, from the current situation to the future one, to lift efficiency and the customer experience.
- Support process and system changes from start to finish, keeping quality high throughout.
- Build solid business cases and help bring them to life.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with clear, proactive communication.
- Contribute to testing, UAT and change activities in a multilingual environment.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly and enjoys a busy, changing environment. You will fit right in as our next Business Analyst if you have:
- Experience: 3 or more years in business analysis or a similar role.
- Sector: a background in banking, insurance or financial services is a strong plus.
- Languages: Dutch or French, and fluent English.
- Education: a Master's degree.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis and process modelling.
- An analytical and pragmatic way of working.
- A proactive mindset that stays focused on solutions, and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Confidence communicating at every level.
- Comfort with Agile and Scrum ways of working (JIRA, Confluence). Affinity with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power BI) is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with financial systems or ERP projects, or in change and transformation programmes.
