Office Manager (m/f/d)
to join our team as soon as possible.
What awaits you:
- Provide professional support and coordination for our Customer Service team and act as the first point of contact for colleagues

Ensure a high level of customer service and support our customers in daily operations

Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and complaints

Organize and optimize administrative office processes while working closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments

Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments

Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuously improve processes
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations

Ejoy taking responibility and providing professional guidance and support to a team

Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working

Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a strong spirit

Fluent Dutch and very good English skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
