The Expert – Project Management is responsible for the strategic and operational continuity of a portfolio of projects.
The role focuses on:
• project governance and decision support,
• consolidation of progress, risks and financials,
• alignment between strategy, execution and stakeholder
Key responsibilities
• Ensure continuity of project governance, steering and delivery throughout the temporary assignment
• Work in close collaboration with the Audience & Workflow Management team, ensuring alignment with audience strategy and workflow governance
• Translate strategic objectives into clear project priorities, milestones and follow‑up mechanisms
• Consolidate and monitor the progress, dependencies and outcomes of all tasks within the project
• Act as a senior expert sounding board for colleagues on complex, cross‑project or high‑impact issues
• Identify, analyse and manage project ‑level risks, issues and dependencies, including escalation preparation
• Support decision‑making by preparing structured analyses, scenarios and recommendations
• Ensure project‑level budget follow‑up, cost control and forecasting
• Prepare, structure and actively contribute to program steering committees
• Ensure compliance with BNPPF policies and control frameworks (Compliance, Permanent Control, Operational Risk)
• Provide clear, concise and decision‑oriented reporting to the Head of the MarCom Expertise Centre and key stakeholders
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
Required Experience
Expert level - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in senior project or project management
• Proven trackrecord in managing complex, transversal projects
• Strong experience in governance, dependency management, risk management and financial follow‑up
• Experience in financial services/ banking is a strong asset
• Very good knowledge of project and project management methodologies and tools
• A background on Adobe Campaign and other Adobe solutions like Workfront is a big plus

• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
• High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability
