Mission Overview:
The Business Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions for a client in the financial sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s Transformation Office.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver instant payments products, collaborating with various tribes and business lines from requirements to IT solution design and go-live support.

Work closely with the product owner and IT squads to ensure delivery of features aligned with the roadmap and business objectives.

Serve as the point of contact for features, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and challenging assumptions for optimal outcomes.

Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and operations teams.

Organize and lead meetings/workshops with stakeholders, including local Cash Management, product architects, IT, Operations, and serve as liaison to the business community.
Language Requirements:

Dutch: is a plus

French: strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in SEPA / Instant payments analysis or projects, regulatory initiatives

Occasional travel to Paris (2 times per year)

Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience:

Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods, good expertise in MS Office, good understanding of IT and testing
