Lead Cross-Functional Projects
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring our Smartfins designs transition seamlessly from CFD/Generative modeling to physical hardware.
Connect R&D, Supply Chain & Operations
Act as the connective tissue between teams, helping unblock technical hurdles and drive aggressive milestones.
Oversee Prototyping & Quality Control
Manage critical prototyping and laboratory validation phases to ensure every cold plate meets performance standards before scaling.
Provide Technical Guidance
Act as a technical "sanity check" for project milestones, quality control steps, and engineering decisions across R&D and Supply Chain.
Deploy the Digital Twin Solution
Lead integration and deployment of our Digital Twin solution at customer sites, ensuring hardware is supported by real-time data and predictive intelligence.
Manage Strategic Partner Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier-1 partners, translating technical progress into confidence-building milestones and transparent updates.
