Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Expert in at least one recognised delivery methodology (PRINCE2, MSP, PMI-PMP, SAFe, or equivalent);
- Proficiency and experience in taking meeting minutes and draft comprehensive summaries;
- Thorough knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, with ability to write concise texts / instructions for different audience.
Duties/role:
- Maintaining detailed project plans and status reports aligned with NCIA’s PRINCE2 methodology;
- Supporting the PM and POM in project boards and steering committees, including preparing board packs and decision papers;
- Managing budgets, including forecast-to-complete calculations and variance reporting.
