Your Experience:
o Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, innovation management, or equivalent.
o Proven experience in start-up/scale-up acceleration, innovation consulting, or B2B business development.
o Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience is a strong asset.
Your Skills:
o In-depth understanding of start-up business models, innovation ecosystems, and hypergrowth dynamics.
o Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.
o Strong networking skills.
o Outstanding interpersonal and coaching abilities.
o Good project management skills.
o Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Your Mindset:
o Entrepreneurial, creative, and dynamic.
o Quick to build trust with founders and executives.
o Autonomous, perseverant, and highly organized.
o Open-minded, proactive, and always seeking better ways to do things—with a sense of humor.

Availability: Part-time is possible in the beginning, moving to full-time will be needed in the future.
