We are looking for a Data & AI Architect who will own the technical design and delivery of customer technology solutions for our clients. You will work across CMS, CDP, commerce, CRM and AI, and work hands-on with delivery teams to bring it all to production.
In this key role, you will:

Design end-to-end solution architectures across customer technology landscapes, connecting content platforms, customer data, commerce systems and AI capabilities into scalable solutions

Lead technical delivery of complex, multi-platform projects, ensuring quality, integration and production-readiness from concept through go-live

Bring AI into customer technology by applying generative AI, agentic patterns and data-driven automation to CMS, CDP and commerce solutions

Bridge technology and business outcomes by translating client needs into concrete technical approaches with clear trade-offs across platforms and vendors

You are responsible for the technical vision and architecture of customer technology solutions across client engagements. You connect content management, customer data platforms, commerce, CRM and AI into working enterprise solutions, and you stay close to delivery to make sure what gets built matches what was designed.
You work hands-on with delivery teams: reviewing designs, unblocking technical challenges, validating integration approaches and making sure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability) are covered. The team comes to you when architecture gets complex, whether that’s a multi-platform CMS migration, a CDP integration with downstream activation channels, a Salesforce Agentforce implementation, or an AI-powered service automation.
You work with client stakeholders (IT leads, product owners, enterprise architects) to align solutions with their technology landscape and business priorities. You evaluate and recommend platforms, design integration patterns across vendors, and present options with trade-offs: what’s technically sound, what’s practical to build and maintain, and what delivers the most value.
You bring AI and data capabilities into the customer technology domain. Think generative AI applied to content and personalisation, agentic patterns for customer service, and data-driven automation across commerce and CRM.
You also contribute to Accenture Song’s practice by capturing reusable architecture patterns and sharing learnings across teams. You work with Accenture’s technology partnerships (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Sprinklr, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) to bring the right capabilities to each engagement.
