Account Executive / Program Manager Connect Global Benelux (Remote)
Full time, Belgium, Virtual (requires attendance to meetings in person once every 6 to 8 weeks, and one day at the office twice monthly)
This position will manage a shared client portfolio of local/Benelux entities belonging to/part of global BCD Global Clients. You will be accountable for managing the Benelux entities, in close collaboration with the Global or Regional Program Manager, in all aspects, including client retention, contract monitoring, implementation/business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (billing, payment, and profitability), business reviews, and client satisfaction. You will work with a Global and Regional Program Managers team to accomplish the client goals in the Benelux.

As an Account Executive, you will

Establish and maintain multiple relationships with primarily internal partners cross-functional contacts (finance, client technology, operations, sales, project management) to accomplish client global goals, focused on the Benelux market

Oversee local financials, Management Information/CDS, program performance, technology, and communication

Report on Service Level Agreements

Monitor customer feedback and escalation of issues, if applicable

Review and resolve discrepancies

Manage and communicate proactively on market specifics, travel projects, and initiatives in the Benelux market (BCD/Industry)

Manage/oversee new client implementations with Sales, GPM/RPM, project - and implementation teams

Oversee all implementation of new products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, meeting clients’ needs, and increasing revenues in alignment with global strategy.
About You

Good command of the Dutch and English languages is required; French language skills are preferred

Analytical and tech-savvy

Knowledge of BCD Travel’s tools, such as AMADEUS, AGM, TSPM, and I-sight

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

You are knowledgeable in client technology tools

Extensive knowledge of current travel industry operations and technology

Effective problem-solving skills

Experience within customer-facing support teams in business-to-business environments

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This includes being comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
