- You will lead, unite, and develop the IT Support team, ensuring that objectives are met, skills are developed, and resources are properly aligned with the department’s needs.
- You will ensure compliance with security requirements, regulatory compliance, and standards applicable to IT operations.
- You oversee IT Support services (IT assets, infrastructure, software, and user support) and ensure their smooth operation.
- You manage the operational aspects of the IT Support scope, including licenses, contracts, inventories, and IT equipment.
- You ensure the continuity of IT services, system availability, and adherence to service levels.
- You maintain close relationships with users and teams to ensure an effective IT service tailored to the organization’s needs.
- You steer the department’s activities using performance metrics and a continuous improvement approach.
- You ensure compliance with security requirements, regulatory standards, and IT best practices.
- You contribute to IT projects and participate in the harmonization of practices and services at the group level.
- You hold a Master’s degree in computer science or have equivalent experience.
- You have significant experience in IT support, including team management.
- You are a team builder and demonstrate leadership.
- You have a good knowledge of Windows, IP networking, VMware, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
- You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are customer-focused.
- You are able to work under pressure, take initiative, and make decisions
