Responsibilities
Finance Module Implementation and Support: Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring alignment with client business processes.-
Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Finance business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Configuration and Customization: Ensure all market-specific configurations are aligned with the relevant Product Owner and documented in a structured way.

End-User Training: Deliver trainings for end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Finance configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards.

Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with business users.

Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documentation, solution design documentation, user manuals and training materials.
Requirements
-
At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system.

Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.

Experience in configuring and customizing the finance module.

In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
-
Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.

Upper intermediate level of English.

Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate.
Will be an advantage

Relevant certifications (MB-310Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant).

Knowledge of the rest of power platform (OCR, Invoice Capture, Power Apps, Power BI).
