Your Role
As part of the FoodFlow Belgium team, you will be at the heart of the launch and development of our new area in Antwerp.
You will focus on acquiring new restaurant clients and directly contribute to FoodFlow’s expansion in a key market in Belgium.
Your role will be essential in structuring our local presence and significantly accelerating our growth in the Antwerp region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline across the Antwerp area
- Actively prospect restaurant owners and managers through outbound field sales and phone outreach
- Conduct in-person meetings with restaurants and quickly close new clients
- Launch and structure FoodFlow’s presence in the Antwerp market
- Build strong relationships with local restaurant owners and operators
- Meet and exceed your revenue targets
- Actively contribute to FoodFlow’s international expansion
Compensation : €35,000 fixed salary + €25,000 uncapped variable compensation
Candidate profile
- You have 1 to 4 years of sales experience, such as BDR, AE, or field sales, ideally in a B2B or startup environment.
- You know how to prospect and close deals in short sales cycles.
- You have a strong command of outbound sales techniques.
- You speak fluent Dutch, which is mandatory, and you are comfortable in French and/or English.
- You are autonomous, organized, and performance-driven.
- You have a strong hunter mindset and enjoy building things in fast-moving environments.
Pay: €35.000,00 - €60.000,00 per year
