What we expect from you :
Our Image Specialist / Windows dresser have a keen eye for detail and ability to translate sales figures into commercial displays. They understand the needs of the store in terms of product and ensure we have the best merchandise available for our customers.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- You take care of the store image
- You are responsible for the shop windows and in-store mannequins in all departments
- Ensuring a strong image of the shop windows that meet the guidelines and needs of the store
- Help identify, train and regularly check new Store Image managersin all three departments
- Participate in weekly meetings to analyze sales results
- Work on action plans with the national Image Expert if the global guidelines do not meet Zara guidelines
