Position summary
Drive the administrative preparation of tenders, including for the SEA Framework Contract (lots 4, 6, 8, 15, 16 and 17):
- Ensure quality by reviewing documents and ensuring the administrative requirements are met (template, CV format, references, compiling)
- Act as a key point of contact by managing contact with clients, experts and partners
- Keep things on track: monitor, submit and follow-up of tenders
- Update internal databases on opportunities, projects and external consultants
- Punctual support on drafting technical and financial offers
Spot opportunities for ADE, by screening and following up online market opportunities and monitoring the relevant calls for tenders on a daily basis, in collaboration with the management.
General secretariat tasks, including management of ADE mailboxes and management of the experts’ CV database.
Candidate profile
EU nationality or valid work permit required – job based in Belgium.
- Master’s degree in economics, political science or related studies.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience or internships in relevant fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1), with a good working level of French (B2).
- Proactive, rigorous and detail oriented.
- Good stress-resistance to handle challenges and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Team worker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fully proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting.
- Knowledge of EU institutions is an asset.
