You’ll get the chance to work for a broad range of clients, from promising and innovative start-ups to major companies (and family businesses) in from numerous sectors.
- Handle matters from A to Z — because of the compact size of the team, you can be assigned more responsibilities
- Assist clients in their growth phases and projects, including due diligence and negotiation of acquisition and investment agreements
- Devise constructive, pragmatic solutions by thinking creatively and out of the box together with your client, giving him or her substantial added value
- Develop clear communication with clients and build fruitful relationship with them
- Play a part in building the future of Monard Law
- You hold a Master of Laws
- You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in corporate law
- You are entrepreneurial, highly driven, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
- You are thorough in your work
- You have a sense of humor and the ability to put things in perspective
- You understand the client well and ask questions proactively to underpin the needs of the client
- You have strong language skills (Dutch, English, French)
- You are keen on further developing your legal knowledge by writing articles for legal journals
