Soil Capital is on a mission to regenerate over 10 million hectares of land by 2030, addressing our environmental and food security challenges through regenerative and low-carbon agriculture. As a leading expert in this field, we have developed the first payment for ecosystem services program for farmers in Europe.
Through our certified programme and our platform, Soil Capital leads the food and ag sector transformation by engaging with blue chip organisations who seek to deliver on their environmental commitments and build supply chain resilience. These business purchase regenerative units, acting as an incentive for farmers to measure and earning improve their agricultural practices.
Our technology supports farmers by allowing them to efficiently and accurately measure farming practices, as well as the GHG balance of their farm which we then audit and certify to generate certificates. This helps farmers understand the levers to accelerate their adoption of regenerative practices.
In the past ten years, Soil Capital has established as a thought leader and a driver of change at scale in France, the U.K. and Belgium. Pursuing its ambitious growth trajectory, it is now expanding geographical and product scopes.

About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and scale Soil Capital’s marketing function. This role is central to building our brand in the emerging regenerative agriculture market, driving growth, supporting sales, and contributing to the development of new products and offers.
You will oversee brand strategy, communications, PR, demand generation, product marketing, and team management while working closely with Marguerite (Head of Sales) and Nathalie (CRO).
We believe Soil Capital offers amazing marketing and communications opportunities. Because of our mission to address existential challenges such as food security and resilience, competitiveness and affordability of food, human and planetary health.
But also because of our deep commitment to farmers, who are the key players in delivering these outcomes to society.
We are inspired by brands like NASA, who tackle insanely complex planetary challenges, and Patagonia, who are “in business to fix our home planet”.
With them, we are convinced people are better when they understand earth, whether through experience, science and technology.
With them, we are convinced that people with a mission are capable of truly amazing things, and shift from being part of the problem to the solution. Even to the environmental crisis.
We believe an amazing brand can inspire visionary partners - farmers, companies and governments - to make bold decisions which may not make sense in the short term, but are blindingly obvious in the long term.
