Join GE HealthCare as a Junior Tender Specialist and support public tender activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. Working closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in public procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination within an international healthcare environment.
The position is offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract. The duration of the contract reflects the current approved headcount, and any opportunities beyond the initial term will depend on future business needs and organizational approvals. Please note that a company car is not included with this position.
Responsibilities
Review tender documents and identify key requirements.
Support the preparation and submission of tender responses.
Coordinate and collect information from internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Legal, Finance, etc.).
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to submission.
Maintain organized tender records and documentation.
Support communication with customers and internal teams throughout the tender lifecycle.
Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
First professional experience through an internship, apprenticeship, or administrative role is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
