As a QA Qualification & Validation Engineer, you will support the QA Engineering department in ensuring that all qualification and validation activities meet regulatory and procedural requirements. You will be involved in lifecycle stages from concept and projects to operations and retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve qualification/validation documents and quality records (SOPs, URS, risk assessments, test plans, test scripts, change controls, CAPAs…).
- Provide QA guidance in engineering teams introducing new or upgraded systems and processes, ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Follow up on deviations occurring during qualification/validation execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and internal standards.
- Communicate quality, compliance and planning status to QA teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, IT and automation teams.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in qualification/validation within chemical or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry guidelines.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear communication at all levels.
- Able to assess urgency, impact and criticality of QA decisions.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with systems such as TrackWise, COMET, TruVault, Kneat, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
