About the role
Medication safety and automation are strategic growth priorities for BD, driving innovation in hospital and pharmacy environments across Europe. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex software and hardware implementation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication, effective resource alignment, and successful project outcomes. Operating in a dynamic, multi-country environment, you will also monitor, report, and forecast project progress, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
