As an Expert Communications, you contribute to the development and delivery of corporate communication initiatives at group level. You translate corporate and strategic messages into clear, engaging and impactful content for different audiences, supporting the organisation’s visibility, reputation and positioning.
Working closely with the Head of Reputation & Content, you play a key role in shaping narratives, developing content and delivering communication initiatives across channels such as press, social media and corporate platforms.
Your role

Identify and translate corporate topics into clear, relevant and impactful narratives for different audiences

Anticipate communication opportunities and assess potential impact, risks and positioning

Create and deliver high-quality content across channels (press, social media, website, corporate publications)

Adapt messaging and formats to maximise engagement (text, visuals, video, multimedia)

Proactively identify content opportunities and propose innovative formats, themes and approaches aligned with market trends

Contribute to the development of thought leadership initiatives, promoting senior leadership and group expertise

Build and maintain a strong internal network of content sources across departments and entities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging

Evaluate incoming communication requests, challenge inputs and define appropriate communication approaches

Provide advice to the business on communication quality and effectiveness

Work closely with Digital teams to manage and optimise corporate channels such as the website and social platforms

Monitor performance of communication activities and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Ensure clear reporting on progress, priorities and outcomes of communication initiatives
