Key tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation of financial reporting, including monthly performance reports and KPI monitoring.

Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, validating, and structuring financial data.

Perform variance analyses on financial results, identify deviations, and contribute to clear explanations and insights.

Prepare and analyse data for management reporting and financial performance evaluations.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data within systems and reports.

Collaborate with senior controllers and accounting teams on analysis and reporting activities.

Manage and maintain financial datasets and reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and quality.

Contribute to and initiate improvements in reporting processes and financial data quality.
Essential Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Initial experience in finance, controlling, or accounting is a plus; however, motivated graduates with a strong interest in financial analysis are also encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of financial reporting and controlling principles.

Strong analytical skills and affinity for financial data.

Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools is considered an asset.

Eager to learn and willing to gradually take on additional responsibilities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Fluent in English.
