As a Senior Client Manager, you oversee client relationships across multiple branding and design projects, ensuring clear communication, strong project structure, high-quality delivery, and healthy profitability from initial briefing through final rollout.
You are the bridge between client and studio - translating needs into strong briefs, realistic scopes, and well-coordinated projects. You safeguard quality, timing, budget, and client satisfaction, while building long-term partnerships that help both the client and the studio grow.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead projects with structure and ownership: You define scope, timelines, milestones, and resources. You coordinate internal teams across strategy, design, copy, and business development to ensure smooth project flow and delivery. You monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. You maintain a clear overview across all assigned accounts through structured planning and reporting.
Build trusted client partnerships: You act as the primary point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle. You build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and clarity. You understand your clients’ ambitions and challenges, manage expectations proactively, and act as a trusted advisor from junior brand managers to senior stakeholders.
Think commercially and grow accounts: You translate client needs into tailored project plans, proposals, and budgets that align with studio standards and commercial goals. You proactively identify cross- and upsell opportunities, lead strategic growth discussions, and expand accounts while protecting profitability.
Safeguard financial performance: You oversee project budgets and take ownership of financial performance and profitability of your projects. You work closely with the Client Service Director to review forecasts, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable project profitability. You proactively identify risks and opportunities, using financial insight and project data to make informed decisions that protect and improve margins.
Communicate clearly and confidently: You present proposals, scopes, and progress updates in a structured and persuasive way. You translate complex information into clear communication for both clients and internal teams. You facilitate feedback and evaluation moments that strengthen collaboration and future projects.
