Our client is looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to support a large-scale IT and business transformation program in a complex financial services environment.
The role requires a senior profile with a strong background in Business Analysis, proven experience in large transformation projects, and the ability to coordinate business delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. The consultant will act as a key link between Program Management, Business Analysts, business teams, IT delivery teams and external providers
The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and steering the business delivery stream across several squads and functional domains.
Main responsibilities include:
Manage and support a team of Business Analysts, including follow-up, resource planning and anticipation of needs
Build and maintain a clear business delivery plan covering timelines, resources, dependencies and deliverables
Facilitate communication between Program Management, Lead Business Analysts, business teams and delivery teams
Coordinate business delivery across multiple squads and ensure alignment between squad backlogs and the overall roadmap
Ensure end-to-end consistency of business processes and functional design across epics, providers and delivery phases
Manage escalations, functional deep dives and critical issue resolution
Coordinate with testing, data migration, development and bug-fixing teams
Support business readiness, operational validation and handover to BAU after go-live
Manage interactions with external providers and other development teams when relevant
You have the following skills
Must-have
7+ years of experience as Project Manager / Business Project Manager
Previous experience as Business Analyst or strong BA background
Experience in large-scale IT transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate several squads, backlogs and delivery streams
Experience in financial services, banking or regulated environments
Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex functional topics
English + French or Dutch
Nice-to-have
Retail banking experience
Core banking implementation experience
Experience coordinating Lead Business Analysts
Experience with business process design, functional design and E2E delivery
Experience with provider/vendor coordination
Previous exposure to data migration, testing or BAU handover
Votre profil
You have at least 7 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in ENG + FR OR NL
