In this role, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning and technical support of our time registration and access control solutions for international customers and multinational organizations.
You act as the technical link between our hardware solutions, workforce management software and customer environments. Working closely with customers, project teams, implementation consultants, installers and partners, you ensure successful deployments and reliable system performance across multiple countries and locations.
As an International Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for delivering and supporting Workforce Management hardware solutions within complex and international customer environments.
Configuring, testing and commissioning hardware solutions for time registration and access control.
Performing onsite installations and technical implementations at customer locations across Europe when required.
Providing remote configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting support.
Ensuring seamless communication between hardware, software, networks and customer infrastructure.
Supporting multinational customers during implementation and rollout projects.
Advising customers and partners on best practices, configuration options and technical solutions.
Working closely with Project Managers, Consultants, Customer Care teams and Technical Specialists.
Supporting installers and implementation partners during deployment activities.
Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, escalations and complex customer issues.
Documenting configurations, installations, test results and technical findings.
Contributing to process improvements and continuous enhancement of service quality.
Occasionally supporting 2nd- and 3rd-line technical support activities.
You enjoy combining technical expertise with customer interaction and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions.
Has experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Field Service Engineer, Technical Consultant, Support Engineer, Implementation Consultant or Solutions Engineer.
Has a strong interest in hardware, software and IT infrastructure.
Enjoys configuration, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Understands networking principles, system communication and technical integrations.
Is able to analyze customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Works independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Is customer-focused, proactive and quality-driven.
Is willing to travel internationally when required.
Experience with time registration, workforce management or access control solutions.
Experience with terminals, readers, badge systems or similar hardware technologies.
Knowledge of XML, JSON or API integrations.
Basic understanding of electronics, automation or electromechanics.
Experience working within international or multinational customer environments.
Professional proficiency in English.
Additional European languages are considered a strong asset.
Dutch, French and/or German are a plus.
Gross salary: between €3.200 and €4.100 per month, depending on your experience.
