In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Channel Sales organization across Belgium and the Netherlands, helping drive commercial excellence through optimized sales processes, data-driven decision making, and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in enabling sales teams to maximize customer coverage, improve CRM adoption, and enhance overall commercial performance. #LI-JB10

Analyze customer and sales coverage data to identify opportunities for growth and improved effectiveness.

Design and recommend channel-specific coverage models aligned with country and zone strategic priorities.

Support sales teams in maximizing channel saturation and customer engagement.

Promote a strong sales culture rooted in data and insights.

Drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce CRM across sales teams.

Transform business insights into actionable recommendations and influence positive behavioral change.

Facilitate recurring business performance reviews with sales management.

Monitor key commercial KPIs, including pipeline health and sales coverage effectiveness.

Ensure agreed actions are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Lead the adoption of new digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Identify opportunities to increase productivity, operational excellence, and sales effectiveness.

Act as a change agent supporting continuous business transformation.

Serve as the go-to expert for sales excellence processes, tools, and best practices.

Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guidance.

Collaborate with the wider European Commercial Excellence community to exchange insights and implement best practices across countries and zones.
(External) English Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, with willingness to develop proficiency in the other language if required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience or strong affinity with Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Enablement within a B2B environment.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Proven ability to drive adoption, influence stakeholders, and support change initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, Copilot, and Salesforce CRM.
