Our partner is a leading multinational sports and fitness contractor, working with some of the largest companies in Europe. They provide outstanding facilities and work closely with their clients employees to align with their wellbeing proposition.
The Sports Operations Manager has operational responsibility for running the sport facilities, including managing the on-site team. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering KPI's against the business plan through inspirational leadership.
Key responsibilities of this role include working closely with on-site and geographically dispersed stakeholders, overall general management and recruitment of the coaches, driving high performance and monthly reporting.
The successful candidate will ideally have a bachelors degree in Sport, Public Health or Sports Management and at least four years of experience in a similar managerial role (likely gym management). Key Account Management and stakeholder involvement is a critical component of this position, and it is highly advantageous if the successful candidate has similar experiences.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, a great communicator and very self-motivated, this position offers the professional an exciting career in a growing and purpose-driven organisation with international opportunities.
Candidates must be fluent in English (Dutch would be an added bonus) and be eligible to live and work in the European Union. No relocation packages are available for this position.
