Your most important tasks

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects (structural, mechanical and electrical)
Lead and monitor engineering activities within EPCI contracts
Safeguard scope, planning, quality and engineering budgets
Act as the interface between internal stakeholders, clients and external engineering partners
Guide design & build trajectories from concept study to final solution
Ensure smooth coordination between engineering disciplines and project phases
Report to the Engineering Director and contribute to technical and strategic decision‑making
Our ideal candidate

Holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects
Possesses strong knowledge of EPCI projects and design & build trajectories
Is experienced in cooperating with external engineering partners and stakeholders
Is well‑organized, communicative and able to maintain oversight in complex environments
Communicates fluently in English; Dutch is a strong asset
Is willing to be based in Arendonk and flexible to travel to the Netherlands
