As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our Logistics Department with a proactive and customer-oriented Logistics Customer Support Agent. This role combines after-sales support with logistics coordination, making you a key point of contact between our customers, transport partners, and internal teams.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage operational topics efficiently . Your mission is to ensure a smooth after-sales process, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting logistics-related activities.
This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.
